Purpose of job

As a Relationship Manager Wealth Management, you will be entrusted with the development, management and long term growth of a high quality private client portfolio. The role is designed for senior bankers who value autonomy, responsibility and depth over volume, and who want to advise clients holistically across generations, jurisdictions and asset classes. This position offers the opportunity to shape your own client strategy within a platform that combines entrepreneurial freedom with a strong risk culture and short decision paths.

Responsibilities

  • You manage and develop a portfolio of high net worth and ultra high net worth clients with an international focus.

  • You act as the primary strategic advisor for clients, covering investment solutions, wealth structuring and long term financial planning.

  • You build trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, families and holding structures across multiple jurisdictions.

  • You originate new business through referrals, networks and selective acquisition, focusing on quality rather than volume.

  • You work closely with internal specialists in investment advisory, credit, structuring and risk management.

  • You cooperate with external tax advisors, lawyers and family offices to deliver holistic solutions.

  • You actively contribute to the strategic development of the Wealth Management platform in Luxembourg.

Qualifications

Professional Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as Relationship Manager, Private Banker or Senior Wealth Manager in a private banking or wealth management environment.

  • Proven track record in managing and growing complex client portfolios.

  • Strong understanding of international wealth structuring, investments and credit solutions.

  • Experience with cross border clients, ideally Italian, Southern European or international entrepreneurial families.

  • University degree in finance, economics, law or a related field, additional certifications are an advantage.

Personal Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership for client relationships.

  • High level of independence, discretion and professional judgment.

  • Ability to build trust based relationships over the long term.

  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.

  • Languages English mandatory, additional languages are an asset.
